TechLogix products are increasingly showing up on the internet for sale. This in itself is perfectly acceptable; however, not all online resellers are authorized to market TechLogix technology and this can pose a problem for the ultimate purchaser. Below is a primer on what to look for and why.
Why do I want to deal with a TechLogix Authorized Reseller?
TechLogix Authorized Resellers have a direct relationship with the factory (even if they are not purchasing directly). This means they are trained to sell and support TechLogix technology which ensures you will get the proper product and help when you need it.
What happens if I purchase from a non-Authorized Reseller?
TechLogix can't guarantee the authenticity of your technology, nor can we guarantee the factory warranty is intact. Plus, should you have technical challenges, you may not be able to return your product for refund or service.
How do I identify Authorized Resellers?
The best way is to contact TechLogix directly for a recommendation, contact a TechLogix factory sales representative for assistance, or view the list of preferred TechLogix resellers online. Note that not all TechLogix resellers are listed online.
When shopping online, a simple way to identify non-authorized resellers is by pricing. Authorized resellers all abide by TechLogix's Unilateral Pricing policy. Odds are that someone selling below everyone else isn't authorized.
I'm reselling TechLogix product but I don't think I'm authorized. Can I get listed?
Absolutely. TechLogix welcomes the opportunity to authorize resellers even if you aren't purchasing direct from the factory. Simply contact us for details.
