TechLogix has expanded their webinar series to include LEAN for Audio-Visual Professionals, a course focused on improving efficiency for integrators, retailers, distributors and manufacturers of technology. 

Available as a webinar or onsite presentation, LEAN for Audio-Visual Professionals covers the basics of creating an efficient organization, including identifying wasteful activities and creating action plans to increase profitability. Strategies such as root cause analysis through the 5 whys, implementing the voice of the customer, and the plan, do, check, act process are examined.
