TechLogix Share-Me™ Series Collaboration System
Product Overview. The TechLogix Share-Me™ Series redefines the usability, versatility and cost of huddle room, meeting room and classroom collaboration. The system provides both AV switching and display control for the cost of most 40" displays using innovative table insert controllers and an under-table mounted switcher.
Recognized Product Design and/or Technological Innovation. The TechLogix Share-Me™ Series merges audio/video routing for up to three users and display control into a single package that is less expensive than most meeting room displays. The system includes an under-table mounted switcher and up to three table inserts which lock securely to conference room tables and/or podiums. Connectivity is available for HDMI, VGA and DisplayPort source devices.
The table insert design provides both connectivity for user source devices, as well as display on/off and source selection control that is simple enough for any user to understand.
The TechLogix Share-Me™ Series is designed for an extremely quick installation. Simply mount the switcher under the podium or conference room table, mount the table inserts in pre-cut holes sized from 36mm through 60mm, and connect the table inserts to the switcher using standard AV cables (HDMI, DisplayPort, or VGA) and a 3.5mm cable. All power and control commands are sent from the table inserts to the switcher via the 3.5mm cable, and all display on/off commands are sent from the switcher to the display via CEC over an HDMI cable.
For added versatility, the system also features automatic switching for sources that are not connected to the table inserts, such as media players, fixed PCs, or document cameras. When a source is connected and/or powered on, the system will recognize the input and automatically switch to that channel.
TechLogix TL-INCT-01 In-Line Automated Controller
Product Overview. The TechLogix TL-INCT-01 replaces expensive and complicated control systems with hands-free automation. It “senses” HDMI activity and automatically outputs control commands to connected devices via built-in CEC, RS232 & relay controllers. Commands are fully customizable and simultaneously output via an HDMI port (CEC), RS232 port, and/or dual logic relay ports.
Recognized Product Design and/or Technological Innovation. The TechLogix TL-INCT-01 redefines control in meeting rooms, classrooms, and any other environment with HDMI connectivity. The system replaces traditional touch-based controllers and remote controls with an in-line automated processor which “senses” any HDMI activity in the room and automatically outputs control commands to connected devices via built-in CEC, RS232 & relay controllers. Commands are fully customizable and simultaneously output via an HDMI port (CEC), RS232 port, and/or dual logic relay ports.
Simply put, the TL-INCT-01 eliminates the need for expensive control systems, eliminates the hassle of tracking down remote controls and replacing their batteries, and greatly reduces the end-user learning curve.
Plus, a built-in audio de-embedder decodes the audio from the HDMI stream and outputs it via both analog and digital outputs, thereby allowing audio reinforcement systems to be seamlessly integrated.
Installation is simple: simply place the TL-INCT-01 in-line between the source input and the display using HDMI cables, and connect the various devices in the room to the control ports. When an HDMI source is connected, control commands are sent to the devices to power on and, if necessary, change state. For example, a connection will turn on the projector, drop the projector screen and dim the lights.
When the source is disconnected from the TL-INCT-01, customizable onboard logic will send off commands to all of the connected devices at a predetermined time.
TechLogix TL-FO-HDC2 Fiber Optic Extender Set
Product Overview. The TechLogix TL-FO-HDC2 extends uncompressed 4K@60 4:4:4 HDMI, RS232 and IR up to 300m over a single fiber optic cable. The set supports up to 30G bandwidth, HDMI 2.0, HDCP 2.2, CEC and ARC.
Recognized Product Design and/or Technological Innovation. 18G HDMI supporting 4K@60 4:4:4 is now a requirement for every custom installation, but how do you transmit signals more than a dozen feet or so? Especially in high profile installations where compression isn't an option? Enter the TL-FO-HDC2.
This compact extender set transmits HDMI, bi-directional RS232 and bi-directional IR up to 300m (1,000 ft.) over a single multimode fiber optic cable. Plus, built-in ARC provides functionality that's required in most residential applications.
The TL-FO-HDC2 boasts 30G of transmission bandwidth, easily facilitating HDMI 2.0, HDCP 2.2, EDID and CEC, as well as many of the future HDMI formats to be released in the coming months.
TechLogix IPFO Series AV over IP Distribution System
Product Overview. The TechLogix IPFO system combines AV over IP encoders and decoders with labor-saving setup and control software. The system supports zero-latency 4K@60 4:4:4 over a 10G network, both HDMI and DisplayPort connections, embedded IR and RS232 control, a 1G Ethernet pass-through channel, and signal extension up to 300m (1,000 ft.).
Recognized Product Design and/or Technological Innovation. Many manufacturers offer AV over IP solutions and many manufacturers offer control products, but few manufacturers put both together into a seamless, easy-to-integrate and easy-to-operate system. The TechLogix IPFO system combines AV over IP encoders and decoders with proprietary software which eliminates the need for extensive programming and third-party control system drivers.
The IPFO system leverages Aptovision technology to transmit zero-latency 4K@60 4:4:4 HDMI up to 300m (1,000 ft.) over fiber optic cabling using a 10G network. Multiple encoders and decoders can be blended into a seamless, any-input-to-any-output system using TechLogix TLXpress software.
The TLXpress platform provides an added benefit of being drag-and-drop architecturally based, allowing virtually hundreds of encoders and decoders to be identified and programmed in minutes, including preset routing which can be triggered by a third-party control system.
Additional system features include seamless switching among sources, embedded bi-directional IR and RS232 control, built-in 1G Ethernet pass-through, video wall processing, audio embedding and de-embedding, and HDMI 2.0/HDCP 2.2 compliancy.
